Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pedro Luiz Bezerra took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 6th play minutes Stelian Todericiu shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Tomé Soeiro and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Stelian Todericiu put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Tomé Soeiro. Stelian Todericiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Paralia Athens's Stelian Todericiu in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC BARCELONA's goalie prevented a goal. In the 20th minute of the match Paralia Athens got a corner. FC BARCELONA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lucrețiu Miheș ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lucrețiu Miheș made a great header on Paralia Athens's corner, it was just that FC BARCELONA's Tomé Soeiro managed to reach the ball for a save. Paralia Athens's Stelian Todericiu got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 23 played minutes FC BARCELONA got a freekick which was hit by Sebastião de Amaral. Petre Maghiran struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Tomé Soeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paralia Athens. Durval Pontes charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Durval Pontes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, FC BARCELONA's Durval Pontes got a free kick in the 26th minute. When Paralia Athens's Stelian Todericiu in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC BARCELONA's goalie prevented a goal. Petre Maghiran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stelian Todericiu to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stelian Todericiu in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomé Soeiro saved FC BARCELONA from getting behind. If Petre Maghiran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petre Maghiran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petre Maghiran took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomé Soeiro. Tomé Soeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. A collision led to Paralia Athens getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Eliodor Stelaru hit a great ball. If Pedro Luiz Bezerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Stelian Todericiu sped through FC BARCELONA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tomé Soeiro. Paralia Athens's Teodor Chirilă quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Patrick Domingues, made in the 72nd minute of the game. After 73 minutes of play, Paralia Athens's Stelian Todericiu made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomé Soeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 77 played minutes FC BARCELONA got a freekick which was hit by Manoel Oliveira. 78 minutes into the match, Petre Maghiran had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomé Soeiro. FC BARCELONA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Petre Maghiran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. After having played for 83 minutes, Petre Maghiran managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paralia Athens's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petre Maghiran was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute Stelian Todericiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomé Soeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomé Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petre Maghiran in the 89th minute of play. Tomé Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petre Maghiran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomé Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petre Maghiran in the 94th minute of the match. Doru Apostu was a little too slow when Manoel Oliveira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 8-1.
