The supporters of Palermo AFC booed when The Northmen Army was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harald Hård didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alex Lidberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emil Hafström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andres Leoncio in the 20th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Stig Lindqvist took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Florentino Vermudo to make any attempt to save it. When Patrik Wacherhausen fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored The Northmen Army's protests and gave Patrik Wacherhausen a yellow card for diving instead. Patrik Wacherhausen kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Palermo AFC's Octavio Frascuelo got a free kick in the 28th minute. Palermo AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Hugo Holmberg 29 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Florentino Vermudo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stig Lindqvist's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. The supporters of The Northmen Army booed when Palermo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Israel Odilon didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leopoldo Lluques to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, The Northmen Army's Harald Hård seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Harald Hård the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of The Northmen Army protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Harald Hård had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 53rd match minute, The Northmen Army was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harald Hård to maneuver through the defense. Emil Hafström made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Andres Leoncio sent off a good shot on target. The Northmen Army's Emil Hafström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Olo in the 64th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig Lindqvist in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florentino Vermudo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alex Lidberg kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th play minute Andres Leoncio came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Emil Hafström. 3-1. 80 minutes into the match, Vilhelm Vallander notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Palermo AFC's Florentino Vermudo. Florentino Vermudo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teodosio Elivareo's late challenge caught a The Northmen Army's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teodosio Elivareo helped the player get up and apologised. Teodosio Elivareo hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Timmy Eriksson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Florentino Vermudo. Palermo AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Emil Hafström successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 87 minutes into the match, The Northmen Army's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Frascuelo came free, but Emil Hafström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87th play minutes Leopoldo Lluques shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Emil Hafström and just under the crossbar into goal. After 89 played minutes Palermo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Elivareo. In the 95th match minute, Palermo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Elivareo to maneuver through the defense. Israel Odilon kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, The Northmen Army's Timmy Eriksson tried to score from far away in the 97th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Many of Palermo AFC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Palermo AFC may have spent more time on the ball, but The Northmen Army were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
