In the 26th minute, Estrellas de Caballito's Luis Romero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 29th match minute, Estrellas de Caballito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Primeiro to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Estrellas de Caballito booed when Froghino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 47th minute Paulino Gipuzkoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikolaj Pešta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Estrellas de Caballito's Luis Romero managed to work through Froghino's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Luis Romero dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lukáš Galásek made a kick off. Froghino's Nikolaj Pešta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Gipuzkoa in the 54th minute of play. After 60 minutes of play, Froghino's Michail Bulant made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nunez Astudillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Luis Romero put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Nikolaj Pešta. In the 67th minute, Pavel Ruml hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Obano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nikolaj Pešta. Froghino's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 70 played minutes Estrellas de Caballito got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Obano. Lukáš Galásek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 76 played minutes Estrellas de Caballito got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Mano. In the 80th minute Paulino Gipuzkoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikolaj Pešta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 84 minutes of play, Estrellas de Caballito's Teofilo Enaut made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nikolaj Pešta was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 87th minute, Luis Romero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Froghino defense, Paulino Gipuzkoa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nikolaj Pešta. The Froghino fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nikolaj Pešta should have stopped the shot. Estrellas de Caballito's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
