Guaberto Olayo's late challenge caught a Degerfors IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guaberto Olayo helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes BICHO neuquino got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Olayo. 8 minutes into the game, Leonard Christoffersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Degerfors IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BICHO neuquino the free kick. After a rather tough play, Degerfors IF's Leonard Christoffersson got a free kick in the 8th minute. Sebastian Sandberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elpidio Goito in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Åke Fors dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Roque Manni, 1-0. Roque Manni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Åke Fors went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Roque Manni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Fors in the 21st minute of play. Sebastian Sandberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Olayo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Olayo in the 23rd minute of play forced Degerfors IF's goalkeeper Sebastian Sandberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hilario Jurgi hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Roque Manni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Fors in the 36th minute of the match. Roque Manni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Åke Fors, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victoriano Xacintu kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. A throw-in in the 42nd minute of the game was made by Hilario Jurgi with Elpidio Raebert as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Åke Fors recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. BICHO neuquino's Roque Manni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristian Brodin in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elpidio Goito was the one to do the kick off. In the 50th minute of the match Jonatan Asmundsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roque Manni showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hilario Jurgi made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Degerfors IF's 余誉德. Hilario Jurgi hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Kristian Brodin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Victoriano Xacintu fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BICHO neuquino's protests and gave Victoriano Xacintu a yellow card for diving instead. Victoriano Xacintu kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After 58 played minutes BICHO neuquino got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Xacintu. Kristian Brodin scored 4-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roque Manni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. BICHO neuquino made a substitution. Danilo Policarpio replaced Hilario Jurgi. After a defensive mix-up in BICHO neuquino's zone, Kristian Brodin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Manni came out of the goal and Kristian Brodin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Roque Manni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Åke Fors, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. When Kristian Brodin came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Degerfors IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kristian Brodin couldn't finish the play. In the 79th minute, Kristian Brodin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Degerfors IF's Leonard Christoffersson got his second yellow card of the match in the 81st minute. The referee ordered Leonard Christoffersson off the ground. A collision led to BICHO neuquino getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Victoriano Xacintu hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, Kristian Brodin notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of BICHO neuquino's Roque Manni. Roque Manni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Frans Vennerkvist came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Degerfors IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frans Vennerkvist couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Degerfors IF fully deserved thier win.
