In the 19th minute Omero Cobain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olivier Dubs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the BEST FABIO F.C. defense, Haşim Resat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olivier Dubs. The BEST FABIO F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olivier Dubs should have stopped the shot. Jiang Liang Wei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Zeynel Gulson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FCFiratRom getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Peker Arıkan hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fritz Berghmans to strike the kick off in the second half. Edgar Heerdt hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Zeynel Gulson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fritz Berghmans, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute Jiang Liang Wei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeynel Gulson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to BEST FABIO F.C. getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Edgar Heerdt hit a great ball. When Jiang Liang Wei fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BEST FABIO F.C.'s protests and gave Jiang Liang Wei a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FCFiratRom booed when BEST FABIO F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jiang Liang Wei didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haşim Resat in the 71st minute of play forced BEST FABIO F.C.'s goalkeeper Olivier Dubs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fritz Berghmans in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeynel Gulson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 76 minutes into the game, FCFiratRom's Haşim Resat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olivier Dubs made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 80th minute, Bahattin Enfal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Rodrigo Garro notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of FCFiratRom's Zeynel Gulson. Zeynel Gulson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 84 minutes, Bahattin Enfal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FCFiratRom's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bahattin Enfal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
