Jörn Liljeström hit a great ball. Inmortales FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tim Schaffer in the 8th minute. Inmortales FC's Mike Clinton was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stefan Ros in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Stefan Ros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tim Schaffer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tony Frye's late challenge caught a Glentown FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tony Frye helped the player get up and apologised. After 14 played minutes Inmortales FC got a freekick which was hit by Tony Frye. In the 17th minute, Glentown FC's Tobias Ahlkvist dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Stefan Ros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tim Schaffer, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Cristopher Herndon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tobias Ahlkvist in the 26th minute of play. In the 28thth minute of the game Tim Schaffer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Glentown FC's Stefan Ros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Glentown FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tim Schaffer was slow to take the kick. During this time Inmortales FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Tim Schaffer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Glentown FC's Stefan Ros did a great save. Glentown FC's Stefan Ros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tim Schaffer in the 31st minute of play. After 34 minutes of play, Inmortales FC's Mike Clinton made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Ros was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 38 played minutes Inmortales FC got a freekick which was hit by Hector Hollandsworth. Inmortales FC's Cristopher Herndon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jörn Liljeström in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to Inmortales FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Hector Hollandsworth hit a great ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Patrik Adelsköld managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glentown FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrik Adelsköld was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Inmortales FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mike Clinton to make the kick off. Erling Kling kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Stefan Ros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wesley Cage in the 56th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tobias Ahlkvist during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Inmortales FC booed when Glentown FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Ahlkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristopher Herndon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörn Liljeström in the 60th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Glentown FC's Tobias Ahlkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristopher Herndon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Stefan Ros was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wesley Cage showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 71 minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Glentown FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tim Schaffer came free, but Stefan Ros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Glentown FC's zone, Tim Schaffer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stefan Ros came out of the goal and Tim Schaffer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stefan Ros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mike Clinton in the 79th minute. With a little luck, Glentown FC's Stefan Ros got control of the ball when Mike Clinton tried to sneak it across the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Tobias Ahlkvist notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Inmortales FC's Cristopher Herndon. Cristopher Herndon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 91 minutes into the match, Inmortales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jörn Liljeström came free, but Cristopher Herndon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Glentown FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Inmortales FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
