Patrik Adelsköld might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sydney Barros. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patrik Adelsköld ran back to his position shaking his head. After 4 minutes, Pedro Augusto Capixaba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Granadero10 and the Glentown FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th minute, one of Granadero10:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Granadero10. In the 5th minute there was a penalty for Glentown FC. Patrik Adelsköld stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sydney Barros. 0-1. Betão Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sydney Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edwin Näfver in the 14th minute of play. Leonel Vasconcelos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sydney Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Näfver in the 21st minute of the match. In the 21stth minute of the game Tobias Ahlkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Granadero10's Sydney Barros was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Glentown FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Georg Lind hit a great ball. In the 27th match minute, Glentown FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andréas Lindgren to maneuver through the defense. Tom Hasselqvist hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Cléber Rossi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tobias Ahlkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tobias Ahlkvist made a kick off. The corner led Glentown FC's Patrik Adelsköld to fire away a dangerous shot which Sydney Barros despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 54 minutes into the game, Valdomiro Damião was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Granadero10's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glentown FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Granadero10's Valdomiro Damião got a free kick in the 54th minute. Sydney Barros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörn Liljeström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute, Antônio Motta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 60 played minutes Granadero10 got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Motta. Sydney Barros was a little too slow when Tobias Ahlkvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-3. Jörn Liljeström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sydney Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jörn Liljeström in the 71st minute of the match. Jörn Liljeström's late challenge caught a Granadero10's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jörn Liljeström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 75th minute Betão Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Ros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobias Ahlkvist in the 77th minute of play forced Granadero10's goalkeeper Sydney Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Leonel Vasconcelos fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Granadero10's protests and gave Leonel Vasconcelos a yellow card for diving instead. Tobias Ahlkvist came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sydney Barros could save by the left post. After 85 minutes, Cléber Rossi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Granadero10 and the Glentown FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Granadero10's Cléber Rossi got a free kick in the 85th minute. Jörn Liljeström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sydney Barros having to interfere. Adam Malmström hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 89th minute, Edvaldo Madureira sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Glentown FC's Stefan Ros didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tom Hasselqvist in the 92nd minute of play forced Granadero10's goalkeeper Sydney Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Antônio Motta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Ros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Glentown FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Granadero10 throughout the match.
