Edmond Verdun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iago Bala, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 10 minutes of play, America Futebol Clube SP's Iago Bala made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmond Verdun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iago Bala in the 19th minute of play. America Futebol Clube SP's Stefan Rasiak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save America Futebol Clube SP from getting a goal against them. Stefan Rasiak made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Emílio Terra sent off a good shot on target. Edmond Verdun came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by America Futebol Clube SP's Iago Bala. But to his dismay, Iago Bala quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 29 minutes, Laércio Amorim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the America Futebol Clube SP and the Errecaborda AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Laércio Amorim kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. When Errecaborda AFC's Emílio Terra in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye America Futebol Clube SP's goalie prevented a goal. 39 minutes into the match, Iago Bala had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmond Verdun. Errecaborda AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iago Bala was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

America Futebol Clube SP made a substitution. Ahmet Kadri Ucatekin replaced Maksymilian Sobczak. Prospero Jerardo got in the 55th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Stefan Rasiak handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Clemente Silviano made in the 84th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by America Futebol Clube SP's Tadeu Xavier. Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Errecaborda AFC from getting a goal against them. America Futebol Clube SP's attentive Oton Mendez managed to snatch the ball when Clemente Silviano made a throw-in in the 92nd minute of the game. America Futebol Clube SP's Tadeu Xavier quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Clemente Silviano, made in the 94th minute of the game. Edmond Verdun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Rico in the 95th minute of play. Edmond Verdun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeronimo Rico in the 96th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prospero Jerardo in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stefan Rasiak prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
