Edmond Verdun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Al Wieczorek in the 9th minute of the match. Constantin Potocianu made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Prospero Jerardo sent off a good shot on target. Constantin Potocianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joe Tate in the 11th minute of play. Emílio Terra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantin Potocianu having to interfere. Ramachandramurthy Ramachandran hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Mapovihesa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joe Tate came free, but Constantin Potocianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Mapovihesa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emílio Terra came free, but Constantin Potocianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kálmán Pádár came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Mapovihesa FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kálmán Pádár couldn't finish the play. Constantin Potocianu was a little too slow when Prospero Jerardo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 3-0. 35 minutes into the game, Mauro Rameriz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Errecaborda AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mapovihesa FC the free kick. In the 35th minute, Mauro Rameriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 42 minutes of play, Mapovihesa FC's Al Wieczorek made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmond Verdun was left in no man's land by his defense there! Constantin Potocianu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emílio Terra showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joe Tate to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emílio Terra in the 50th minute of play forced Mapovihesa FC's goalkeeper Constantin Potocianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mapovihesa FC's Usain Bolt was substituted for Al Wieczorek. Valko De Hond charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valko De Hond the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Mapovihesa FC booed when Errecaborda AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valko De Hond didn't get a good kick on the ball. Usain Bolt might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edmond Verdun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Usain Bolt ran back to his position shaking his head. Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Usain Bolt in the 66th minute of play. Mapovihesa FC's Romeo Pio quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Valko De Hond, made in the 68th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Errecaborda AFC defense, Usain Bolt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edmond Verdun. The Errecaborda AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edmond Verdun should have stopped the shot. Constantin Potocianu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joe Tate, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Mapovihesa FC's Kálmán Pádár to fire away a dangerous shot which Edmond Verdun despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Usain Bolt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmond Verdun having to make a save. Edmond Verdun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Usain Bolt in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joe Tate in the 81st minute of play forced Mapovihesa FC's goalkeeper Constantin Potocianu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Usain Bolt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmond Verdun having to make a save. Edmond Verdun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Usain Bolt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86thth minute of the game Usain Bolt who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Errecaborda AFC's Edmond Verdun was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 88th minute of the match Mapovihesa FC got a corner. Errecaborda AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kálmán Pádár ran over to the corner to take the kick. 90 minutes into the match, Mapovihesa FC's Usain Bolt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Edmond Verdun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Usain Bolt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Usain Bolt in the 92nd minute of play forced Errecaborda AFC's goalkeeper Edmond Verdun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Errecaborda AFC's Clemente Silviano pulled a muscle in his leg after 94 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Usain Bolt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Usain Bolt's late challenge caught a Errecaborda AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Usain Bolt helped the player get up and apologised. Errecaborda AFC's Felipe Bitxintxo was substituted for Clemente Silviano. In the 95th minute, Usain Bolt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mapovihesa FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
