The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rdth minute of the game Hulk Speed who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Griskultingarnas FF's Natasha Sjøholm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jimmy Busk who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Marcelinho Barral when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Haaland in the 10th minute of play forced Griskultingarnas FF's goalkeeper Natasha Sjøholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Natasha Sjøholm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hulk Speed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Griskultingarnas FF's Natasha Sjøholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hulk Speed in the 14th minute of play. After 22 minutes Roceira SC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rune Vestberg who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Roceira SC's zone, Thor Wiberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelinho Barral came out of the goal and Thor Wiberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 28 minutes, Thor Wiberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Griskultingarnas FF and the Roceira SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Griskultingarnas FF getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Thor Wiberg hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jochem Klooster during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 32nd minute, Aílton Damião hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the match, Roceira SC's goal looked a bit too open when Jochem Klooster came free, but Marcelinho Barral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jochem Klooster took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelinho Barral. Marcelinho Barral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 44th minute Jochem Klooster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelinho Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Haaland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Natasha Sjøholm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jochem Klooster stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jochem Klooster in the 53rd minute of play forced Roceira SC's goalkeeper Marcelinho Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Griskultingarnas FF's Thor Wiberg got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 62nd minute, Jochem Klooster hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 64 minutes Griskultingarnas FF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Michel Haaland who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Roceira SC's Michel Haaland to fire away a dangerous shot which Natasha Sjøholm despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Griskultingarnas FF's Natasha Sjøholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hulk Speed in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Griskultingarnas FF booed when Roceira SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo das Neves didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 played minutes, Griskultingarnas FF's Rune Vestberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcelinho Barral came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Griskultingarnas FF reached it. Roceira SC's Marcelinho Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jochem Klooster in the 73rd minute of play. Michel Haaland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Natasha Sjøholm made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Michel Haaland sent off a good shot on target. Griskultingarnas FF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
