Wilhelm Galle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Levent Hicran in the 16th minute of play. Sebastian Käller blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rogério Mitovski having to make a save. Kind of Blue's Anastasios Pallini was substituted for Joel Gaxan. With an all-out effort, Kind of Blue's Rogério Mitovski threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sebastian Käller, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a defensive mix-up in Kind of Blue's zone, Levent Hicran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilhelm Galle came out of the goal and Levent Hicran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rogério Mitovski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Käller, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. San Mauro A Mare FC's Rogério Mitovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Käller in the 36th minute of play. After 37 minutes San Mauro A Mare FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joacim Hansson who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Kind of Blue's corner Joacim Hansson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rogério Mitovski quite easily take care of the ball. 44 minutes into the match, San Mauro A Mare FC's goalkeeper Rogério Mitovski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Käller. Tony Rosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Käller stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, San Mauro A Mare FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Käller came free, but Rogério Mitovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilhelm Galle made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Serafo Tome sent off a good shot on target. In the 63rd minute San Mauro A Mare FC were awarded a corner. After 65 played minutes San Mauro A Mare FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabinho Bastos. San Mauro A Mare FC's Armin Berardini was substituted for Levent Hicran. The supporters of Kind of Blue booed when San Mauro A Mare FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabinho Bastos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joacim Hansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rogério Mitovski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Käller couldn't finish the play. Serafo Tome in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Wilhelm Galle, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Sebastian Käller came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Kind of Blue fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Käller couldn't finish the play. Rogério Mitovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Käller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, San Mauro A Mare FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Käller came free, but Rogério Mitovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd match minute, San Mauro A Mare FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fan Liang Chong to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Käller in the 94th minute of play forced San Mauro A Mare FC's goalkeeper Rogério Mitovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
