GUTIERREZ SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Eskil Lindblom scored to the left of an out of position Leonard Rostow, making the score, 3-0. 25 minutes into the game, Eskil Lindblom recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leonard Rostow. Eskil Lindblom showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. GUTIERREZ SC's Leonard Rostow played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eskil Lindblom in the 46th minute of play. Eskil Lindblom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eduardo Soriano was the one to do the kick off. Cornelio Hernandez made in the 54th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Herbert Lizewski however managed to control. The audience was convinced that Eskil Lindblom's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonard Rostow was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. Leonard Rostow stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alex Burgos's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Alex Burgos took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonard Rostow. Leonard Rostow dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Alex Burgos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abasto fútbol club's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Burgos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonard Rostow breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
