The Saturno fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Roma should have stopped the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Saturno's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Lekubegi came free, but Antonio Roma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22ndth minute of the game Igor Kaczeniak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LavAzzA's Iwan Lepucki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Apolo Lauaxeta in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iwan Lepucki saved LavAzzA from getting behind. Iwan Lepucki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Kaczeniak, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 38thth minute of the game Gaudencio Lekubegi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saturno's Antonio Roma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. LavAzzA were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Saturno's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amerigo Labarra took the corner. After taking down the ball on LavAzzA's corner Amerigo Labarra fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Antonio Roma quite easily take care of the ball. 42 minutes into the match, LavAzzA's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Kaczeniak came free, but Iwan Lepucki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iwan Lepucki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Lauaxeta in the 46th minute of play. Iwan Lepucki came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Saturno's Igor Kaczeniak. But to his dismay, Igor Kaczeniak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaudencio Lekubegi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Xavier von Felten in the 55th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Saturno's Arnaud Sarron. With an all-out effort, Saturno's Iwan Lepucki threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Igor Kaczeniak, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 59 minutes into the match, LavAzzA's goalkeeper Iwan Lepucki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Apolo Lauaxeta. Saturno's Antonio Roma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaudencio Lekubegi in the 61st minute of play forced Saturno's goalkeeper Antonio Roma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. LavAzzA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laureano Perfecto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3.
