Alejandro Verdu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Odol, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Neal Messer in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbyszko Leper prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Antoni Villarroel hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute Ceferino Odol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alejandro Verdu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, BYDGOSTIA's goal looked a bit too open when Neal Messer came free, but Zbyszko Leper reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 played minutes BYDGOSTIA got a freekick which was hit by Vladislav Sarafov. In the 32nd minute, Ceferino Odol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alejandro Verdu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Marc Vilaplana advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-1 in the 36th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Tytus Paprotny in the 39th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Federico Zanetti. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceferino Odol in the 43rd minute of play forced F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goalkeeper Alejandro Verdu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 47th minute of the game was made by Tytus Paprotny with Nicklas Lindström as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 47 played minutes BYDGOSTIA got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Odol. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Neal Messer to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's goalkeeper Alejandro Verdu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ceferino Odol. Alejandro Verdu made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Ceferino Odol sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA booed when BYDGOSTIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tytus Paprotny didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 60 minutes, Nicklas Lindström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BYDGOSTIA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicklas Lindström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ceferino Odol's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute, Alejandro Verdu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antoni Villarroel in the 66th minute of play. Vladislav Sarafov's late challenge caught a F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vladislav Sarafov helped the player get up and apologised. After 74 played minutes BYDGOSTIA got a freekick which was hit by Vladislav Sarafov. BYDGOSTIA's Kazimierz Trojanowski was substituted for Patryk Zgonina. BYDGOSTIA made a substitution. Olgierd Kowalski replaced Dariusz Smuskiewicz. After a rather tough play, BYDGOSTIA's Vladislav Sarafov got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 76thth minute of the game Neal Messer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BYDGOSTIA's Zbyszko Leper was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 77 minutes into the match, F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's Neal Messer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zbyszko Leper narrowly saved just below the crossbar. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after BYDGOSTIA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gonzalo Boye took the corner. F.C. The crowd rose to their feet as BYDGOSTIA's Nicklas Lindström slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alejandro Verdu. That made the score 2-2 after 91 minutes of play. Alejandro Verdu made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Hilario Dalmai sent off a good shot on target. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
