Vlad Ţăranu kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Curcio Carballeira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hemming Tjørnum was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hemming Tjørnum didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Curcio Carballeira went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 12th minute Curcio Carballeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hemming Tjørnum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A. Caminiaga's Hemming Tjørnum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Curcio Carballeira in the 12th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Horacio Ranolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 14 minutes into the game, Club Getafe Deportivo's Orlo Sarrate nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hemming Tjørnum made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 17 minutes into the match, Vlad Ţăranu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hemming Tjørnum. C.A. Caminiaga's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vlad Ţăranu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. If Curcio Carballeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hemming Tjørnum made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Curcio Carballeira in the 24th minute of play. Jairo Castellano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Txeru in the 28th minute of the match. Curcio Carballeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 35 played minutes C.A. Caminiaga got a freekick which was hit by Hector Luix. After 38 minutes of play, Club Getafe Deportivo's Vlad Ţăranu made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hemming Tjørnum was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hemming Tjørnum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Curcio Carballeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Curcio Carballeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute Curcio Carballeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hemming Tjørnum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The C.A. Caminiaga players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Getafe Deportivo were winning 0-6.

The wind increased when Curcio Carballeira made the kick off in the second half. Hemming Tjørnum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vlad Ţăranu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Curcio Carballeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hemming Tjørnum didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Curcio Carballeira went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Hemming Tjørnum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Curcio Carballeira in the 59th minute of the match. The corner led to Club Getafe Deportivo's Henrico Del Bosque getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 63rd match minute, C.A. Caminiaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Luix to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the C.A. Caminiaga defense, Curcio Carballeira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hemming Tjørnum. The C.A. Caminiaga fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hemming Tjørnum should have stopped the shot. Club Getafe Deportivo made a substitution. Laurgain Lama replaced Víctor Feal. In the 72nd minute, Curcio Carballeira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hemming Tjørnum was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Hemming Tjørnum didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Club Getafe Deportivo's Curcio Carballeira shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-10 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A. Caminiaga's goalkeeper Hemming Tjørnum, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 95 minutes, Iosu Bastida mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Getafe Deportivo and the C.A. Caminiaga players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iosu Bastida hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Frances in the 97th minute of play forced Club Getafe Deportivo's goalkeeper Jairo Castellano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Club Getafe Deportivo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than C.A. Caminiaga.
