Oswaldo Murillo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 9 minutes into the match, LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper Perrando Martínez Lamas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ole-Gunnar Klose. In the last second Perrando Martínez Lamas throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ole-Gunnar Klose in the 17thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by LiBeRiA F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. César Montes was slow to take the kick. During this time Darkness's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Darkness's Serafino Bazil getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. LiBeRiA F.C.'s Perrando Martínez Lamas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ole-Gunnar Klose in the 22nd minute of play. Perrando Martínez Lamas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Serafino Bazil in the 23rd minute. Serafino Bazil came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Perrando Martínez Lamas could save by the left post. 38 minutes into the game, Rosendo Seguinus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Darkness's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LiBeRiA F.C. the free kick. Rosendo Seguinus hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Oswaldo Murillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovani Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Oswaldo Murillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giovani Sena in the 45th minute of the match. The Darkness players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. LiBeRiA F.C. were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ole-Gunnar Klose made a kick off. If Serafino Bazil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Darkness's goal looked a bit too open when Mei Zhi Jian came free, but Oswaldo Murillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ole-Gunnar Klose scored 2-2 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Perrando Martínez Lamas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafino Bazil in the 63rd minute of play forced LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper Perrando Martínez Lamas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Alejo Berart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Rosendo Seguinus was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Darkness's Rosendo Seguinus got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Darkness's Benigno Canor was substituted for Serafino Bazil. Mei Zhi Jian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Oswaldo Murillo made a huge save. The supporters of LiBeRiA F.C. booed when Darkness was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ole-Gunnar Klose didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched LiBeRiA F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
