Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Salvador Hats started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a little luck, El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan got control of the ball when Elpidio Francis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Santos Orlan was a little too slow when Elpidio Francis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. If Elpidio Francis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elpidio Francis got free with Santos Orlan in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The throw-in from Lisandro Martinez in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Venancio Havier. Santos Orlan made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Elpidio Francis sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th minute, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Elpidio Francis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santos Orlan. Santos Orlan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. With his leg Santos Orlan managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Miguel Prosperi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 40th play minutes Elpidio Francis shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Santos Orlan and just under the crossbar into goal. Branislav Velchevski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Salvador Hats's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Prosperi to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as El Fortín de Floresta's Salvador Hats slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Branislav Velchevski. That made the score 3-1 after 52 minutes of play. El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Prosperi in the 54th minute of play. Miguel Prosperi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Santos Orlan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute Miguel Prosperi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Orlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucio Stanislao got free with Branislav Velchevski in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Branislav Velchevski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Manex in the 67th minute of play. Elpidio Francis struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Santos Orlan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA. El Fortín de Floresta made a substitution. Silvestre Valiente replaced Lucio Stanislao. El Fortín de Floresta's Desiderio Brais was substituted for Casimiro Policarpio. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's Arnaldo Gabon was substituted for Miguel Prosperi. 76 minutes into the match, Elpidio Francis notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan. Santos Orlan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 79 minutes, Elpidio Francis made it 5-1 with a short kick to the right side. El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind El Fortín de Floresta's goalkeeper Santos Orlan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Elpidio Francis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 85th minute Elpidio Francis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Orlan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Fortín de Floresta's Santos Orlan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Francis in the 89th minute of play. Venancio Havier hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Santos Orlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Gabon in the 94th minute of the match.
