After a rather tough play, Salmuera CP's Wes Higgins got a free kick in the 26th minute. C. A. Potrero's Emil Arendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fan Xing Zhou in the 28th minute of play. Emil Arendarski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fan Xing Zhou, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 33rd minute Fan Xing Zhou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Arendarski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Salmuera CP's Costin Duca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emil Arendarski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The supporters of C. A. Potrero booed when Salmuera CP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torcuato Herrero didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Salmuera CP's Torcuato Herrero got a free kick in the 45th minute. Karol Borowski scored 1-4 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ruperto Maria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The C. A. Potrero players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Salmuera CP were winning 1-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karol Borowski made a kick off. Celestino Sidro was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 60 minutes into the match. In the 60th match minute, C. A. Potrero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Sidro to maneuver through the defense. After 61 played minutes C. A. Potrero got a freekick which was hit by Celestino Sidro. C. A. Potrero's Emil Arendarski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiko De la Cuadra in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Salmuera CP's Pablo Martinez got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 67th minute of the match Pastor Montrell shot from a long distance.
