Orlando Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Berart, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Perrando Martínez Lamas made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Froilan Tabb sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th match minute, LiBeRiA F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vergil Stoymirov to maneuver through the defense. Froilan Tabb was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 16th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeremias Clementi got free with Perrando Martínez Lamas in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peluchita Fc's Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mei Zhi Jian in the 25th minute of play. Orlando Gatti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mei Zhi Jian's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Mei Zhi Jian sped through Peluchita Fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Orlando Gatti. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Alejo Berart managed to get in a good position for a shot. LiBeRiA F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Alejo Berart was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Gatti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalkeeper Perrando Martínez Lamas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeremias Clementi. In the 46thth minute of the game Mei Zhi Jian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peluchita Fc's Orlando Gatti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Peluchita Fc made a substitution. Eulalio Abaunza replaced Jeremias Clementi. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eulalio Abaunza to make the kick off. Santiago Tancredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Orlando Gatti made a huge save. Santiago Tancredo kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Orlando Gatti acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 58th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Alvaro Iaki. In the 60th minute, Conrado Brun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vergil Stoymirov in the 63rd minute of play forced Peluchita Fc's goalkeeper Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genaro Gutxi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orlando Gatti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Peluchita Fc's Froilan Tabb was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Perrando Martínez Lamas in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Orlando Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mei Zhi Jian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mei Zhi Jian in the 75th minute of play forced Peluchita Fc's goalkeeper Orlando Gatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eulalio Abaunza in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Perrando Martínez Lamas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Orlando Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Bihar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Giovani Sena struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Orlando Gatti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LiBeRiA F.C.. Peluchita Fc made a substitution. Nicolas Richie replaced Yu Zheng Zheng. After a defensive mix-up in LiBeRiA F.C.'s zone, Froilan Tabb stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Perrando Martínez Lamas came out of the goal and Froilan Tabb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jessica Cirio got free with Orlando Gatti in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Peluchita Fc getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Eulalio Abaunza hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Peluchita Fc's Evelio Gaufred got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute of the match Alvaro Iaki shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Orlando Gatti showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The LiBeRiA F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing LiBeRiA F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
