Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After 5th play minutes Elpidio Francis shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Eustaquio Hermelando and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 9th minute, Elpidio Francis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eustaquio Hermelando was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Eustaquio Hermelando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Francis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Elpidio Francis made a precise shot to the right of Eustaquio Hermelando. Darkness's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 21st minute, Leandro Ponc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eustaquio Hermelando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Francis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustaquio Hermelando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elpidio Francis's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Darkness's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Miguel Prosperi took the corner. After taking down the ball on ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's corner Miguel Prosperi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eustaquio Hermelando quite easily take care of the ball. Darkness's Eustaquio Hermelando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Francis in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Darkness's goalkeeper Eustaquio Hermelando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Elpidio Francis took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eustaquio Hermelando. Eustaquio Hermelando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 36th minute, Elpidio Francis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Miguel Prosperi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elpidio Francis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eustaquio Hermelando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Miguel Prosperi in the 42nd minute. Timoteo Basualdo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Eustaquio Hermelando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Francis, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute Elpidio Francis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Hermelando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 53rd minute, Elpidio Francis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 55 minutes into the match, ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's goal looked a bit too open when Pascual Chuan came free, but Branislav Velchevski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eustaquio Hermelando was a little too slow when Elpidio Francis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Elpidio Francis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eustaquio Hermelando. That made the score 0-8 in the 61 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Rafael Dalmu managed to get in a good position for a shot. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Dalmu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustaquio Hermelando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elpidio Francis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eustaquio Hermelando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA made a substitution. Arnaldo Gabon replaced Miguel Prosperi. After 72 played minutes Darkness got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Ponc. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Elpidio Francis managed to get in a good position for a shot. ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA's supporters rose to their feet, but Elpidio Francis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eustaquio Hermelando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th minute, Christopher Uchiha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Branislav Velchevski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-9. In the 86th minute ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA were awarded a corner. Venancio Havier went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Venancio Havier almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Darkness's Eustaquio Hermelando did a great save. In the 93rd minute, Leandro Ponc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eustaquio Hermelando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Francis in the 96th minute of the match. The ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ESTUDIANTES de la PLATA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
