In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind LOBOS FC's goalkeeper Arnas Alcalde, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 21st minute of the match Kickers United got a corner. LOBOS FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Benjamin Vandekerkhove ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Benjamin Vandekerkhove got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Arnas Alcalde quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. LOBOS FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Rodolfo Ulloa in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Ulloa threw the ball into play from the sideline. Kickers United's Benjamin Vandekerkhove quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Tomás Firmin kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, LOBOS FC's Karl-Heinz Granitza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cederik Huts. Cederik Huts yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 38th minute 魏榕傲 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cederik Huts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Cederik Huts successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Cederik Huts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Bermúdez in the 41st minute of play. Luca Savino might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnas Alcalde. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Luca Savino ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Savino in the 44th minute of play forced LOBOS FC's goalkeeper Arnas Alcalde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Agustín Bermúdez to strike the kick off in the second half. After 60 played minutes LOBOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Ulloa. The supporters of LOBOS FC booed when Kickers United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niels Vandamme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kickers United made a substitution. Jorge Reijnders replaced Luca Savino. Niels Vandamme hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Cederik Huts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Bermúdez in the 72nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorge Reijnders in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnas Alcalde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Kickers United's Niels Vandamme got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Kickers United's Cederik Huts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Schneider in the 93rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Bermúdez in the 94th minute of play forced Kickers United's goalkeeper Cederik Huts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Kickers United defense, Daniel Schneider kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cederik Huts. The Kickers United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cederik Huts should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. LOBOS FC fully deserved thier win.
