An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Aguiar in the 3rd minute of play forced SERRANO's goalkeeper Fiori Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fiori Galvão didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeferson Vasconcelos went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Anselmo Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fiori Galvão having to interfere. Fiori Galvão stood somewhat misplaced when Anselmo Aguiar came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 29 minute. In the 33rd minute, Zé Carlos Teixeira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SERRANO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Anselmo Aguiar took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Fiori Galvão to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Virgílio Arósio was the one to do the kick off. Anselmo Aguiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fiori Galvão having to interfere. Fiori Galvão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jailson de Amaral in the 53rd minute of play. Anselmo Aguiar charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anselmo Aguiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Anselmo Aguiar hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Fiori Galvão showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeferson Vasconcelos in the 58th minute of the match. After some careless play in the SERRANO defense, Ezequiel Meira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fiori Galvão. The SERRANO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fiori Galvão should have stopped the shot. Fiori Galvão showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anselmo Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Fiori Galvão made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Novaes in the 68th minute of play. After 71 played minutes SERRANO got a freekick which was hit by Cafu Cordeiro. Zuera Never End MZC's Ricardinho Duarte was substituted for Ezequiel Meira. The supporters of Zuera Never End MZC booed when SERRANO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cafu Cordeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute Jeferson Vasconcelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fiori Galvão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Arósio in the 75th minute of play forced SERRANO's goalkeeper Fiori Galvão to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Zuera Never End MZC's Ricardinho Duarte in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the referee ended the match the Zuera Never End MZC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
