Denílson Fernandes was left in no man's land by his defense there! 23 minutes into the match, Dráusio Domingues had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osmar Castro. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dráusio Domingues was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Denílson Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramón Nogueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Irreal Madrid's Denílson Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramón Nogueira in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Fabinho Berger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Túlio Maranhense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nando Veiga kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Nuno Lara took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Osmar Castro. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 47th minute, Túlio Maranhense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Irreal Madrid fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Dráusio Domingues came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Osmar Castro could save by the left post. A collision led to Irreal Madrid getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Tiaguinho Linhares hit a great ball. After 59 played minutes Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Schmidt. Osmar Castro made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Dráusio Domingues sent off a good shot on target. In the 62nd minute, Aílton Magalhães made a precise shot to the right of Osmar Castro. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Ramón Nogueira took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denílson Fernandes. Denílson Fernandes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Aílton Magalhães scored 2-5 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osmar Castro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Osmar Castro was a little too slow when Dráusio Domingues got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 2-6. In the 75thth minute of the game Aílton Magalhães who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Osmar Castro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Irreal Madrid made a substitution. Geovânio Neves replaced Tiaguinho Linhares. Fabinho Berger hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Aílton Magalhães made a precise shot to the right of Osmar Castro. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-7. Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ's Osmar Castro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Irreal Madrid's Osmar Castro threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Túlio Maranhense, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Osmar Castro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aílton Magalhães in the 93rd minute. Irreal Madrid played a much better game than Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ and deserved their victory. The Los Colonos F.C - FSCMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
