Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Erasmo Diegotxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Isidor in the 25th minute of play. 1-1 became the score in the 27th minute when Joel Gamus elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Zoran Simović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dawid Pluciennik in the 30th minute of the match. Erasmo Diegotxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Isidor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoro Isidor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zoran Simović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Šedina in the 39th minute of play. When Luan Toro came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the 17 de enero team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luan Toro couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Robert Šedina hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robert Šedina was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute of the match, Dawid Pluciennik tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zoran Simović saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Erasmo Diegotxe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Iratzeder in the 53rd minute of play. Fabian Costin tried in the game's 57th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Zoran Simović. An annoying self made goal, 1-2. 60 minutes into the match, Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gamus came free, but Erasmo Diegotxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zoran Simović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Šedina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Jan Fabian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's Metoděj Ernst was substituted for Petr Martinů. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Iratzeder in the 70th minute of play forced Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's goalkeeper Erasmo Diegotxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victoriano Iratzeder took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Erasmo Diegotxe. Erasmo Diegotxe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Jiří Drábek hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Iratzeder in the 80th minute of play forced Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho's goalkeeper Erasmo Diegotxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Robert Šedina's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zoran Simović was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Boukjan Bunt kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zoran Simović. That made the score 2-3 in the 90 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Potomci Dwayna Dibleyho walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
