In the 12th minute, Ronaldinho Peixoto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Mircea Buciuceanu came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Deportivo Mukenio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mircea Buciuceanu couldn't finish the play. In the 23rd minute, Ramon Rius made a precise shot to the right of Pastor Chesus. Sprite Star Football's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Ismael Gimenez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Peixoto in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute Sprite Star Football were awarded a corner. Wiliam Fontes went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Wiliam Fontes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ismael Gimenez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Ronaldinho Peixoto came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Sprite Star Football fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronaldinho Peixoto couldn't finish the play. Pastor Chesus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Budín, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Martin Budín came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Deportivo Mukenio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Budín couldn't finish the play. When Deportivo Mukenio's Martin Budín in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Pastor Chesus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martin Budín in the 43rd minute. Martin Budín took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pastor Chesus. Pastor Chesus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronaldinho Peixoto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Aurre in the 56th minute of play forced Sprite Star Football's goalkeeper Pastor Chesus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Martin Budín had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Christiano Ramalho fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sprite Star Football's protests and gave Christiano Ramalho a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Sprite Star Football getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Christiano Ramalho hit a great ball. Ismael Gimenez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldinho Peixoto, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Martin Budín took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pastor Chesus. Pastor Chesus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 71st minute, Martin Budín ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pastor Chesus was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Pastor Chesus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Budín in the 74th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of Sprite Star Football:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Deportivo Mukenio:s goal. After some careless play in the Sprite Star Football defense, Jean-Pierre Pogba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pastor Chesus. The Sprite Star Football fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pastor Chesus should have stopped the shot. Jean-Pierre Pogba kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the game, Deportivo Mukenio's Martin Budín nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pastor Chesus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. Deportivo Mukenio's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
