Sundborn IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 28 minutes into the match, Sundborn IF's goal looked a bit too open when Jan-Erik Carlsson came free, but Hugo Sikström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Roy Abrahamsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matthias Brandin. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan-Erik Carlsson to make the kick off. Svartvallstjärnens IF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Björn Andberg in the 52nd minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Svartvallstjärnens IF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
