The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rudolf Björk was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th match minute, FC MCM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elodio Ghinescu to maneuver through the defense. Manuel Tufescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matthias Bergkvist's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. FC MCM's Manuel Tufescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matthias Bergkvist in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd minute Frans Valrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Tufescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Meadow Village getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Jarbas Sabóia hit a great ball. FC MCM were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Meadow Village's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mugur Jupâneanu took the corner. In the 91st minute Frans Valrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Tufescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alex Lundkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radomil Redisz in the 93rd minute of the match. Jarbas Sabóia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Manuel Tufescu having to make a save.

Chants of FC MCM echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Meadow Village had held the ball for most of the match.
