Augustin Ignătescu's late challenge caught a AC Batán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augustin Ignătescu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Augustin Ignătescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gavino Quintin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Romeo Ghețea made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Quintin in the 24th minute of play forced Fc Lothlorien's goalkeeper Romeo Ghețea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Fc Lothlorien's Romeo Ghețea got control of the ball when Cristo Serapio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristo Serapio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Romeo Ghețea came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristo Serapio slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 26th minute. Romeo Ghețea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Quintin in the 52nd minute of the match. Fc Lothlorien's Romeo Ghețea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristo Serapio in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the game, Gheorghe Bârza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Lothlorien's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Batán the free kick. If Gavino Quintin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, Fc Lothlorien's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Wielkopolski came free, but Romeo Ghețea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Gavino Quintin notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Fc Lothlorien's Romeo Ghețea. Romeo Ghețea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 64 minutes in the game, Konrad Wielkopolski dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Romeo Ghețea came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Batán's Konrad Wielkopolski. But to his dismay, Konrad Wielkopolski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. When Cristo Serapio came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the AC Batán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristo Serapio couldn't finish the play. AC Batán made a substitution. Acácio Nogueira replaced Feliciano Mercurio. In the 83rd minute, Cristo Serapio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Romeo Ghețea was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 86 minutes into the match, Fc Lothlorien's goal looked a bit too open when Cristoforo Di Ruscio came free, but Romeo Ghețea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristoforo Di Ruscio took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romeo Ghețea. Romeo Ghețea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Romeo Ghețea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Acácio Nogueira went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. After 96 minutes of play, AC Batán's Acácio Nogueira made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Romeo Ghețea was left in no man's land by his defense there! AC Batán walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
