If Fabio-Roman Zabaleta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ederono Vilardell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Czeslaw Domeracki in the 5th minute of play. Czeslaw Domeracki scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ederono Vilardell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Xu Guang Peng's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tanek Ostrowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. Xu Guang Peng kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 9thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Olympique Gdynia's keeper Tanek Ostrowski was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Ederono Vilardell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Czeslaw Domeracki in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the game, Tirso Isasaga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ederono Vilardell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 16 minutes into the match, OZDEMIR FC's goal looked a bit too open when Şota Arveladze came free, but Ederono Vilardell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ederono Vilardell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şota Arveladze in the 16th minute of play. Rene Sampedro kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. OZDEMIR FC's Ederono Vilardell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Czeslaw Domeracki in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Czeslaw Domeracki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olympique Gdynia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as OZDEMIR FC's Tang Sha Xu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tanek Ostrowski. That made the score 1-3 after 25 minutes of play. If Tirso Isasaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olympique Gdynia's goalkeeper Tanek Ostrowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, OZDEMIR FC's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Domeracki came free, but Ederono Vilardell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 37th minute Tang Sha Xu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Ostrowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Şota Arveladze had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ederono Vilardell. OZDEMIR FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Şota Arveladze was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. The OZDEMIR FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Olympique Gdynia were winning 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tang Sha Xu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, OZDEMIR FC's goal looked a bit too open when Şota Arveladze came free, but Ederono Vilardell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by OZDEMIR FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fabio-Roman Zabaleta was slow to take the kick. During this time Olympique Gdynia's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Noam Chomsky almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but OZDEMIR FC's Ederono Vilardell did a great save. In the 55th minute, Tang Sha Xu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ederono Vilardell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şota Arveladze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. OZDEMIR FC's Tang Sha Xu got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, OZDEMIR FC's goalkeeper Ederono Vilardell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Şota Arveladze. Ederono Vilardell came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Olympique Gdynia's Şota Arveladze. But to his dismay, Şota Arveladze quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. OZDEMIR FC made a substitution. Jose-Antonio Capon replaced Tang Sha Xu. Ederono Vilardell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Czeslaw Domeracki's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. In the 96th minute, Jose-Antonio Capon made a precise shot to the right of Tanek Ostrowski. Olympique Gdynia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. OZDEMIR FC's İrfan Altıncığlu was substituted for Xu Guang Peng.
