The audience thought a goal was coming when Efrain Lope got free with Hernan Licerio in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ben-Ami Gols short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Hernan Licerio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Hernan Licerio made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Yu Guang Chen sent off a good shot on target. Sporting Club Victoria's Hernan Licerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Lope in the 11th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sporting Club Victoria defense, Ben-Ami Gol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hernan Licerio. The Sporting Club Victoria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernan Licerio should have stopped the shot. Adelino Corrêa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76thth minute of the game Ben-Ami Gol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Club Victoria's Hernan Licerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Sporting Club Victoria's goal looked a bit too open when Ben-Ami Gol came free, but Hernan Licerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
