Augusto Mesquita dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Stanislaw Walczak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augusto Mesquita having to make a save. Augusto Mesquita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislaw Walczak in the 18th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Bebela's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislaw Walczak came free, but Augusto Mesquita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olympique Gdynia's Tanek Ostrowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiburcio Chago in the 26th minute of play.
