Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Big Boba in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Negri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 12th minute of the match Purple Talents got a corner. Plan B's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lander Buyck ran over to the corner to take the kick. Purple Talents's Lander Buyck was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ismael Negri in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Steve Van der Veeken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aan Aae in the 14th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Big Boba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Negri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Purple Talents were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Plan B's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lander Buyck took the corner. Lander Buyck made a great header on Purple Talents's corner, it was just that Plan B's Ismael Negri managed to reach the ball for a save. 35 minutes into the match, Purple Talents's goal looked a bit too open when Aan Aae came free, but Steve Van der Veeken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aan Aae in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Steve Van der Veeken saved Purple Talents from getting behind. Steve Van der Veeken took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 洪鹰耀, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 minutes of play, Purple Talents's Big Boba made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ismael Negri was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Purple Talents's Steve Van der Veeken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Purple Talents from getting a goal against them. Purple Talents's Big Boba got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Steve Van der Veeken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aan Aae in the 61st minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Purple Talents's goalkeeper Steve Van der Veeken had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 洪鹰耀. In the 68th minute, Izydor Motyl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Plan B's Izydor Motyl got a free kick in the 69th minute. Santiago Koffidis's late challenge caught a Plan B's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santiago Koffidis helped the player get up and apologised. Zane Wrigley took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Steve Van der Veeken. Purple Talents's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Plan B booed when Purple Talents was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jordy Sustens didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Plan B's goal looked a bit too open when Qiu Feng Guo came free, but Ismael Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Aan Aae had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Steve Van der Veeken. Purple Talents's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aan Aae was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. After a rather tough play, Purple Talents's Janusz Van Landschoot got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 91st minute 洪鹰耀 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steve Van der Veeken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Purple Talents's Antonio Sens got a free kick in the 94th minute.

The Purple Talents fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Plan B were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
