The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fausto Spinosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jake Perrault in the 2nd minute of the match. In the 8th minute Bara Miss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Spinosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Marshrose booed when MoVenTorZ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Marshrose's Jake Perrault in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MoVenTorZ FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 15 minutes, Felice Crisantemo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MoVenTorZ FC and the Marshrose players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Marshrose booed when MoVenTorZ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felice Crisantemo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciro Anastasi's late challenge caught a Marshrose's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciro Anastasi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to MoVenTorZ FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ciro Anastasi hit a great ball. Fausto Spinosa came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Marshrose's Bara Miss. But to his dismay, Bara Miss quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 22 played minutes Marshrose got a freekick which was hit by Walker Bird. Fausto Spinosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jake Perrault's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. The Marshrose fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Marshrose's Jake Perrault looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Marshrose's Heath Akins got a free kick in the 31st minute. Fausto Spinosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bara Miss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Felice Crisantemo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 34 minutes had been played. Hélio Arósio made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Arrigo Aureli sent off a good shot on target. Heath Akins's late challenge caught a MoVenTorZ FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. MoVenTorZ FC's Fausto Spinosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jake Perrault in the 40th minute of play. In the 40thth minute of the game Jake Perrault who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MoVenTorZ FC's Fausto Spinosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arrigo Aureli struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Hélio Arósio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MoVenTorZ FC. 44 minutes into the match, MoVenTorZ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bara Miss came free, but Fausto Spinosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MoVenTorZ FC's Fausto Spinosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bara Miss in the 47th minute of play. Bruno Angelucci kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

In the 54th minute, Lawrence Hopson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fausto Spinosa. The goal made the score 1-3. Heath Akins kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Hélio Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arrigo Aureli in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Norbert Garland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Arrigo Aureli got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for MoVenTorZ FC. Edoardo Schiavo charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edoardo Schiavo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Marshrose booed when MoVenTorZ FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edoardo Schiavo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fausto Spinosa was a little too slow when Lawrence Hopson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 1-4. MoVenTorZ FC's Salvino Cal was substituted for Edoardo Schiavo. Fausto Spinosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jake Perrault's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. In the 76th minute, Bara Miss left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Marshrose fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jake Perrault in the 81st minute of play forced MoVenTorZ FC's goalkeeper Fausto Spinosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, MoVenTorZ FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jake Perrault came free, but Fausto Spinosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. MoVenTorZ FC's Fausto Spinosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save MoVenTorZ FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, MoVenTorZ FC's Diego Ihazintu got a free kick in the 90th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Marshrose's Bara Miss sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fausto Spinosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Marshrose supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Marshrose would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
