Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Marshrose's Jake Perrault started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Cayetano Bertol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GUSESI's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marshrose the free kick. After 4 played minutes GUSESI got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Bertol. Jerold Hooper made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Bertol in the 6th minute of play. Jake Perrault's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Santos Kiliz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 9 minutes into the match, GUSESI's goal looked a bit too open when Marion Moon came free, but Santos Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by GUSESI's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marion Moon was slow to take the kick. During this time Marshrose's players had a chance to rest. Paco Gento hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Santos Kiliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marion Moon in the 17th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jake Perrault got free with Santos Kiliz in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Garrett LaCaille struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Santos Kiliz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marshrose. Jerold Hooper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Sánchez, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Jake Perrault received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Santos Kiliz came out and tried to block the shot, but Jake Perrault slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 28th minute. GUSESI's Cayetano Bertol got his second yellow card of the match in the 30th minute. The referee ordered Cayetano Bertol off the ground. In the 31st minute, Cayetano Bertol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GUSESI's Santos Kiliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marion Moon in the 32nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Garrett LaCaille got free with Santos Kiliz in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes in the game, Norbert Garland dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Jake Perrault came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Santos Kiliz could save by the left post. In the 44th minute Blair Mélançon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Kiliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Sánchez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Hugo Sánchez made the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Garrett LaCaille hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 51 minutes into the match, Paco Gento notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Marshrose's Jerold Hooper. Jerold Hooper was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Garrett LaCaille kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Santos Kiliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Garland in the 59th minute of the match. Hugo Sánchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jerold Hooper tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baltasar Marquez during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd minute, Marion Moon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santos Kiliz came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Marshrose's Norbert Garland. But to his dismay, Norbert Garland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Hugo Sánchez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 88 minutes, Carmelo Naelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GUSESI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmelo Naelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. GUSESI's Santos Kiliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jake Perrault in the 92nd minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Marshrose players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
