Panos Nikologiannis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnaldo Inocente went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 45th minute of the match, Santiago Silva tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alonzo Cordarin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 47 minutes into the match, Crosmayo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Silva came free, but Alonzo Cordarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domingo Hartz was the one to do the kick off. The Crosmayo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alonzo Cordarin should have stopped the shot.
