New Team's Juan Eduardo Guerrero got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 18 minutes into the game, Jairo Arango was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. New Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crosmayo FC the free kick. Teofil Gierlach had several of the New Team's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 42 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 8-0 score and a disappointed Estacio Miñon as he didn't even see the shot coming. The Crosmayo FC fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Crosmayo FC's Domingo Hartz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martinez Eguilaz to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Domingo Hartz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Estacio Miñon was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. The Crosmayo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. After some careless play in the New Team defense, Domingo Hartz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Estacio Miñon. The New Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Estacio Miñon should have stopped the shot. Estacio Miñon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofil Gierlach in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Estacio Miñon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80thth minute of the game Teofil Gierlach who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Team's Estacio Miñon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Gierlach in the 81st minute of play forced New Team's goalkeeper Estacio Miñon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruperto Lucila kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Estacio Miñon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teofil Gierlach in the 87th minute of play. Vilson Ibarguen charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Teofil Gierlach scored 16-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Estacio Miñon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. New Team's Estacio Miñon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Lucila in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Teofil Gierlach ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Estacio Miñon was frozen by the shot and now it was 17-0. The audience was convinced that Teofil Gierlach's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Estacio Miñon was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Crosmayo FC had played much better football throughout.
