An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Di Matteo in the 3rd minute of play forced CA Boca Jrs's goalkeeper Adriano Alfieri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Ivarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anoush Rott, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Arturo Di Matteo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of CA Boca Jrs's Adriano Alfieri. Adriano Alfieri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adriano Alfieri made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Quinto Ampudia sent off a good shot on target. Attilio Limitone charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Attilio Limitone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes CA Boca Jrs got a freekick which was hit by Attilio Limitone. Adriano Alfieri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quinto Ampudia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes had been played when some careless play by CA Boca Jrs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fedele Alessandrini was slow to take the kick. During this time Calenzano's players had a chance to rest. In the 93rd minute Quinto Ampudia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adriano Alfieri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Calenzano left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CA Boca Jrs.
