Fragleses's Kim Hänninen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Fragleses from getting a goal against them. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Fragleses's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mario Alberto Secco was slow to take the kick. During this time Victoria Mlawa's players had a chance to rest. 11 minutes into the match, Victoria Mlawa's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Cardozo came free, but Kryspin Dembkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Fragleses's corner Conrado Cardozo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kryspin Dembkowski quite easily take care of the ball. After 15 played minutes Victoria Mlawa got a freekick which was hit by Barnaba Filipkowski. In the 17th minute Fragleses were awarded a corner. Roch Dejo went to the cornerflag to take it. Kim Hänninen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrew Carrillos in the 19th minute. Kryspin Dembkowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zlatko Ibrahimović went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Kim Hänninen was a little too slow when Andrew Carrillos got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-1. Kim Hänninen made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Andrew Carrillos sent off a good shot on target. Fragleses's Kim Hänninen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Fragleses from getting a goal against them. 38 minutes into the match, Fragleses's goalkeeper Kim Hänninen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andrew Carrillos. Victoria Mlawa were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Fragleses's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mario Alberto Secco took the corner. Kryspin Dembkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zlatko Ibrahimović in the 44th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fragleses's Conrado Cardozo got a free kick in the 45th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Andrew Carrillos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kim Hänninen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Conrado Cardozo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kryspin Dembkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Conrado Cardozo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kryspin Dembkowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Andrew Carrillos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Victoria Mlawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Kryspin Dembkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zlatko Ibrahimović in the 73rd minute. Andrew Carrillos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Kim Hänninen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Zlatko Ibrahimović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fragleses's Grzegorz Rasiak was substituted for Zlatko Ibrahimović. Kim Hänninen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walter Van Mechelen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute Victoria Mlawa were awarded a corner. Mario Alberto Secco went to the cornerflag to take it. Victoria Mlawa's Mario Alberto Secco was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kim Hänninen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
