In the 4th match minute, Soczewki Gliwice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomasz Sobania to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomasz Sobania in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Boguslaw Siwek saved Powiśle Warszawa from getting behind. Wincenty Puchlik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Gaufred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boguslaw Siwek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Buczko in the 18th minute of the match. Zbyszek Rybak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Wincenty Puchlik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomasz Sobania got free with Boguslaw Siwek in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Powiśle Warszawa were furious when Radomir Lato was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 38 minutes into the game, Benito Gaufred was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Powiśle Warszawa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soczewki Gliwice the free kick. Benito Gaufred kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Edward Buczko took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Boguslaw Siwek. Boguslaw Siwek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasz Sobania in the 43rd minute of play forced Powiśle Warszawa's goalkeeper Boguslaw Siwek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Izydor Bakes hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Boguslaw Siwek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Tscherner in the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Edward Buczko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boguslaw Siwek. Powiśle Warszawa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edward Buczko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomasz Sobania to strike the kick off in the second half. Jacob Jakubowski kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute of the match Lucjan Tscherner shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boguslaw Siwek showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomasz Sobania in the 59th minute of play forced Powiśle Warszawa's goalkeeper Boguslaw Siwek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boguslaw Siwek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomasz Sobania in the 60th minute of the match. When Edward Buczko came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Soczewki Gliwice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edward Buczko couldn't finish the play. Powiśle Warszawa's Boguslaw Siwek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edward Buczko in the 63rd minute of play. 3-0 became the score in the 71st minute when Bogumil Babicki elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Soczewki Gliwice's Zdzislaw Witek was substituted for Adam Dziurowicz. Soczewki Gliwice's Szymon Szkaradek was substituted for Lech Warka. Boguslaw Siwek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomasz Sobania, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 86 played minutes Powiśle Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Jakub Ferfecki. Boguslaw Siwek came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Soczewki Gliwice's Tomasz Sobania. But to his dismay, Tomasz Sobania quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0.
