Enrique Cassaretto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 8 minutes into the match, Sundborn IF's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Cassaretto came free, but Kalle Askberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 16 played minutes CD Municipal got a freekick which was hit by Martino Armona. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Cassaretto in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kalle Askberg saved Sundborn IF from getting behind. Sundborn IF's Kalle Askberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Cassaretto in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Enrique Cassaretto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kalle Askberg. Sundborn IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enrique Cassaretto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Cassaretto in the 28th minute of play forced Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Kalle Askberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalle Askberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Cassaretto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alf Hansson came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and George Forsyth could save by the left post. George Forsyth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Holmgren in the 38th minute of play. After 41 minutes of play, CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kalle Askberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 44th minute Erland Kvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Forsyth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalle Askberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Cassaretto in the 46th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Enrique Cassaretto made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Enrique Cassaretto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kalle Askberg, 0-3. In the 59th minute, CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. CD Municipal made a substitution. Ryota Miyagi replaced Enrique Cassaretto. George Forsyth came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Sundborn IF's Jan Håning. But to his dismay, Jan Håning quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. In the 69th minute Ted Holmgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Forsyth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute of the match Sundborn IF got a corner. CD Municipal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sven-Olof Stephansson ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jan Håning got away a dangerous shot. Despite this George Forsyth quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Sundborn IF's Börje Ekström got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Sundborn IF's Kaloyan Mitashev was substituted for Ted Holmgren. In the 74th match minute, Sundborn IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börje Ekström to maneuver through the defense. George Forsyth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaloyan Mitashev in the 75th minute of play. Kalle Askberg made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Oalo Dean sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th match minute, Sundborn IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Pitta to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Kalle Askberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oalo Dean in the 86th minute of play forced Sundborn IF's goalkeeper Kalle Askberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalle Askberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iacob Roman in the 89th minute. In the 95th match minute, CD Municipal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Călin Morovan to maneuver through the defense.
