Sundborn IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ted Holmgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Sundborn IF's Bernardo Pitta got a free kick in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Chacarita Jrs getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. An unexpected shot in the 82nd minute by Alf Hansson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
