When Long Stora came up free with the goalie in the 2nd minute, the ViCeNzA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Long Stora couldn't finish the play. Sergio Livingstone came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Borussia Ostermoordorf's Hanjo Cyrkel. But to his dismay, Hanjo Cyrkel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Sergio Livingstone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Bialakowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ViCeNzA's Sergio Livingstone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hanjo Cyrkel in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by ViCeNzA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antônio Lopes was slow to take the kick. During this time Borussia Ostermoordorf's players had a chance to rest. Matías Hernández kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Burkhard Kofler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matías Hernández in the 26th minute of play. In the 29th minute Hanjo Cyrkel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Livingstone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clodoveo Cayo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute Victor Jensen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Livingstone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Ronald Nataprawira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hanjo Cyrkel made a kick off. Ciro Rosalio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 52nd minute Hanjo Cyrkel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Livingstone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Bialakowski got free with Sergio Livingstone in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hanjo Cyrkel struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Sergio Livingstone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Borussia Ostermoordorf. Sergio Livingstone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victor Jensen in the 59th minute. A collision led to Borussia Ostermoordorf getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Xu Jing Xun hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, Clodoveo Cayo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Borussia Ostermoordorf's Burkhard Kofler. Burkhard Kofler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hanjo Cyrkel in the 67th minute of play forced ViCeNzA's goalkeeper Sergio Livingstone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Jensen got free with Sergio Livingstone in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ViCeNzA's Robert Moreau was substituted for Matías Hernández. In the 71st match minute, ViCeNzA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Mouricio to maneuver through the defense. ViCeNzA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
