When Academia 1903's Timoteo Columbo in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ............'s goalie prevented a goal. Pastor Elequemedo hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Primo Speranza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Alsua in the 44th minute of play. Timoteo Columbo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th match minute, Academia 1903 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucien de Neutere to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 54th minute, Benjamin Myhr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peter Achenbach could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Primo Speranza made a huge save. Academia 1903's Gérard Magyar was substituted for Harald Ek. Academia 1903's Jacobo Galoer was substituted for Aldo Maju. 58 minutes in the game Czeslaw Jerzyk did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Arnaldo Alsua. In the 60th minute Nicanor Morenø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Masharov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the ............ defense, Nicanor Morenø kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roman Masharov. The ............ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roman Masharov should have stopped the shot. ............'s Arnaldo Alsua got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicanor Morenø's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roman Masharov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Primo Speranza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Alsua in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, ............'s Arnaldo Alsua dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Primo Speranza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnaldo Alsua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the game, Nicanor Morenø cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Roman Masharov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arnaldo Alsua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roman Masharov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicanor Morenø's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. Gustaf Clementsson kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the match, ............'s goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Morenø came free, but Roman Masharov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
