Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Hungarian Olympic's János Fazekas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute János Fazekas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edvin Stenkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alf Rydelius scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pál Lévay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Thomas Tingelholm came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Little Big fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thomas Tingelholm couldn't finish the play. After having played for 20 minutes, Tamás Lovas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hungarian Olympic's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tamás Lovas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Máté Berta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Little Big's goal looked a bit too open when Máté Berta came free, but Edvin Stenkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. János Fazekas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Stenkvist having to interfere. Zoltán Angyal hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. György Király kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After 47 minutes, Ingvar Isaksson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Little Big and the Hungarian Olympic players grew even worse after the yellow card.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alf Rydelius was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, János Fazekas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Edvin Stenkvist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 58th minute, Tamás Lovas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Máté Berta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hungarian Olympic's supporters rose to their feet, but Máté Berta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edvin Stenkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, János Fazekas put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Edvin Stenkvist. After a rather tough play, Little Big's Bo-Erik Biörnberg got a free kick in the 72nd minute. János Fazekas might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edvin Stenkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. János Fazekas ran back to his position shaking his head. 76 minutes into the match, Little Big's Håkan Holmberg broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ingvar Isaksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Hungarian Olympic fans' excitement grew in the 83rd match minute when Hungarian Olympic's János Fazekas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If György Király had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hungarian Olympic walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
