Elvio Sotil's late challenge caught a Magos da Bola FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elvio Sotil helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes corralon AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Sotil. Magos da Bola FC's Ulisses Damião got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luisito Quinton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luisito Quinton came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Magos da Bola FC's Anderson Nogueira. But to his dismay, Anderson Nogueira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The supporters of Magos da Bola FC booed when corralon AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Poncio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the game, Ulisses Damião cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Luisito Quinton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luisito Quinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delfim Mandrak, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After the first half Magos da Bola FC were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulisses Damião made a kick off. corralon AFC's Luisito Quinton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save corralon AFC from getting a goal against them. Luisito Quinton was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 78th minute Teo Oier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Santiago Lehoi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The corralon AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Duarte Maranhense hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Magos da Bola FC's Augusto Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gavino Nevada in the 86th minute of play. Anderson Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Luisito Quinton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute Teo Oier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chants of Magos da Bola FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as corralon AFC had held the ball for most of the match.
