Barışcan Özyurt was a little too slow when János Fazekas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. János Fazekas scored 2-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Barışcan Özyurt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. György Király's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Barışcan Özyurt read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Emre Mahşer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pál Lévay was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. In the 15th minute, László Nemes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. János Fazekas had several of the ErbaA KartaLı's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-1 score and a disappointed Barışcan Özyurt as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 19th minute, György Király fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 23rd minute, János Fazekas made a precise shot to the right of Barışcan Özyurt. ErbaA KartaLı's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. 29 minutes into the match, Emre Mahşer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pál Lévay. Hungarian Olympic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emre Mahşer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. 33 minutes into the match, János Fazekas notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of ErbaA KartaLı's Barışcan Özyurt. Barışcan Özyurt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. László Nemes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barışcan Özyurt having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Máté Berta notched a goal, 6-2, to the right of ErbaA KartaLı's Barışcan Özyurt. Barışcan Özyurt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. János Fazekass short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Barışcan Özyurt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 45th match minute, Hungarian Olympic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Róbert Sámuel to maneuver through the defense. In the 46th minute Ahmet Refik Adar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pál Lévay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The audience was convinced that János Fazekas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barışcan Özyurt was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. In the 59th minute Máté Berta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barışcan Özyurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barışcan Özyurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from János Fazekas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the ErbaA KartaLı defense, László Nemes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Barışcan Özyurt. The ErbaA KartaLı fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Barışcan Özyurt should have stopped the shot. Barışcan Özyurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from László Nemes, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After a rather tough play, ErbaA KartaLı's Turgut Tosun got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute János Fazekas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barışcan Özyurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Krisztián Radnai hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Hungarian Olympic's Pál Lévay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Hungarian Olympic from getting a goal against them. Mihály Pollák hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Batuhan Mengü fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pál Lévay having to interfere. After 80 minutes, Batuhan Mengü mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ErbaA KartaLı and the Hungarian Olympic players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ErbaA KartaLı's Batuhan Mengü got a free kick in the 80th minute. In the 84th minute János Fazekas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barışcan Özyurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by János Fazekas in the 86th minute of play forced ErbaA KartaLı's goalkeeper Barışcan Özyurt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Máté Berta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hungarian Olympic fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-2.
