In the 13th minute, Iram Karundeng ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kostas Periandros was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Krisna Sinurat made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Dimitris Stoltidis sent off a good shot on target. Krisna Sinurat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dimitris Stoltidis in the 24th minute of the match. Pagos FC's Kostas Periandros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cliff Fingkreuw in the 25th minute of play. Kostas Periandros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Micky Wisanggeni, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Diding Suseno hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arul Zumardi in the 38th minute of play forced Pagos FC's goalkeeper Kostas Periandros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 minutes, Cliff Fingkreuw mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 9 Lurah and the Pagos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, 9 Lurah's Cliff Fingkreuw got a free kick in the 41st minute. Grigoris Poursanidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iram Karundeng to strike the kick off in the second half. Kostas Periandros was out of position in the 51 minute of play, and Cliff Fingkreuw capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cliff Fingkreuw really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Arul Zumardi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute.
