Hortêncio Galvão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cordeara Almenara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, Jerico Viaña dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hortêncio Galvão, 0-2. Hortêncio Galvão made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Fonda Caban sent off a good shot on target. Hermínio Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Real Dracul Medellín's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
