In the 15th minute, Carmelo Tiniebra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Carmelo Tiniebra's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hernan Ellande was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. The Academia Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernan Ellande should have stopped the shot. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Carmelo Tiniebra was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hernan Ellande in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A hard shot 60 in the game by Marcial Ignado from a close distance when the talented Hernan Ellande managed to make a qualified save. Academia Club's players were relieved. After some careless play in the Academia Club defense, Carmelo Tiniebra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hernan Ellande. The Academia Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernan Ellande should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigio Jerano during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Carmelo Tiniebra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. Carmelo Tiniebra received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hernan Ellande came out and tried to block the shot, but Carmelo Tiniebra slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 87th minute. Hernan Ellande made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carmelo Tiniebra in the 90th minute. Lε COCO SρσяtiV played a much better game than Academia Club and deserved their victory. The Academia Club players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
