Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Didi Couto took the kick off in the first half of the match. Carlos Germano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ren Jie Fan in the 7th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Ren Jie Fan came free, but Carlos Germano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 minutes of play, GeRaÇãO-83's Ren Jie Fan made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Germano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ren Jie Fan in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Germano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Rosendo Cutberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters rose to their feet, but Rosendo Cutberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dieguinho Paraíba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Artaldo to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rômulo Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 20 minutes, Ren Jie Fan made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Didi Couto got free with Carlos Germano in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dieguinho Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Berdoi in the 28th minute of the match. Didi Couto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Carlos Germano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 42nd minute, Ren Jie Fan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Germano was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcos Berdoi was the one to do the kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Edgard Barros in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by GeRaÇãO-83's Dionisio Gonzo. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didi Couto in the 59th minute of the match. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ren Jie Fan in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Rosendo Cutberto hit a great ball. The corner ended in Billy Backman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano did a great save. Dieguinho Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Jaizki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. GeRaÇãO-83's Stig Sandström quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Abel Iban, made in the 71st minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rômulo Veiga in the 72nd minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Ferdinand hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Ren Jie Fan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Germano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. In the 94th minute, Ren Jie Fan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carlos Germano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ren Jie Fan's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. GeRaÇãO-83 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
